General Manager - Hospitality

Description:We are currently seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee our Dining Services, Housekeeping, Valet, Concierge Services, Front Desk Receptionists, Recreational and Wellness Activities, Drivers and Spa Services while ensuring the delivery of world class service. This opportunity demands an entrepreneurial thinker that is creative and driven, who will assist in the development and implementation of programs, polices and systems.
Duties:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with residents and residents’ families; a commitment for resolving their concerns in a creative and satisfying manner.
  • Responsible for developing and creating customer service program, standards and concierge services
  • Familiar and comfortable with budgets and financial statements and will be responsible for ensuring the managers are operating within variance tolerance levels.
  • Works in conjunction with Human Resources and Executive Director to address employee relations and employee satisfaction
  • Works as an active part of the hiring process for all new hires
  • Oversees special projects; providing project management and ensuring timely completion.
  • Serves as a mentor for managers and staff; models ideal behavior for all team members.
  • Develops innovative programs and services that set us apart from the competition.

  • Executive Director that ensures we are meeting the needs of the customers while serving the needs of the business.
  • Seeks customer feedback for continuous improvements in exceeding expectations.
  • Qualifications:As a new company, we need a self starter that can develop and implement programs and systems – must be creative and provide example of programs, policies or systems that you have had an active role in creating and implementing. Other required skills include:
  • Must have at least five years general hotel/hospitality/customer service management experience.
  • Must have a proven track record of business development or turnaround.
  • Must have solid leadership skills with evidence to support.
  • Must provide examples of problem solving abilities.
  • Previous experience implementing and running a “POS” sales system.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
