| Description: | Provides quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food to resident and guests ensuring the quality standards of food and service are being delivered to the table. |
| Duties: | Set up tables neatly and properly prior to every meal. Check for guest reservations; relay information regarding reservations to the hostess/designee. Ensures beverage orders are delivered. Takes food order, presents to kitchen staff and delivers meal to resident/guest in a proper and timely manner in accordance with Stratford Companies standards. Responds quickly to resident or guest requests. Reports any resident comments or concerns to Dining Room Manager/Food Service Director immediately. Prepare and/or set up simple food items (juices, salads, desserts) as directed. Ensure that an adequate supply of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc., is maintained at all times. Count guest checks and record information as instructed. Bus tables quietly and efficiently during and after each meal. Participate in wait staff services for special parties and events as directed. Completes all side work as assigned. |
| Qualifications: | Less than high school diploma or general education degree (GED); must have one to three months related experience or training Obtain/hold any local, state and/or country required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates. |
